You are SPACE RAT and your lunchbox got stolen!

What fiend would do such a thing?!

CONTROLS: Use arrow keys for everything or swipe if on mobile.

TIP: If you get "stuck" or nothing's happening, try moving in any direction and something should happen. Try interacting with things that are the same color as Space Rat.

A short game made with Adam Le Doux's Bitsy engine!

It's my first time using this engine and it was a LOT of fun. I'd love to do more!

Hope you enjoy! '_')b

Played all the way to the end. I just finished my first Bitsy doodle, so I appreciate your effort on a technical level as well. Nice work.

I liked that, totally did not expect that ending

This was SUPER cute. I played it all the way through!

Genial

Thank you! ^_^

That was a fun little adventure!  I thought the transition from space, to planet was great, especially since your changed up the background each time!

Thank you so much! I'm really happy with how that turned out :'^)

This is so cute! The alien designs are delightfully strange, the different environments are so unique and detailed. And the twist is excellent.

Thank you! I had a lot of fun designing the creatures because I wanted to make them kinda like red herrings for the final boss. (Or maybe blue/pink herrings...?) I'm glad you enjoyed!

When I was little, one of my most prized possessions was a pink Kodak digital camera, and I would record very low-quality home videos of my own creation, usually involving stuffed animals. However, when I was 12 I got my first pets ever, 2 mouse friends named Pinky and Elphie. Long story short I started doing a video series called Space Mousie, about a mouse who travelled through a little round space ship and fought evil space cats.....anyway I just wanted to say your game made me think back to those fun & silly times and how much I loved my mouse pets and also the art in this game is just really good as well as the really funny & creative characters and I LOVE THIS GAME

Oh my gosh, this is one of the sweetest comments ever ;_; I'm super touched! Thank you for your kind words and I'm really glad my little game could make you remember something so heartfelt!!

That was super duper cute!! You made excellent use of color and I enjoyed the very small ride. This was surprisingly cinematic for a bitsy game, too! Overall, real impressed and very charmed. Nice work!!

Thank you so much! I'm glad that even with the limitations of Bitsy I was able to make some sequences work :'^)
